Description: This is a beautiful, very slim and stylish 18 carat gold pocket watch which was originally sold by one of the finest and world renowned jewellers, Asprey, New Bond Street, London. Most likely this was designed to wear with fine evening wear to cocktail parties or white tie and tail events but, with its 1950s Art Deco styling, this watch gives a more refined alternative to the traditional heavier pocket watch and lends itself well to be worn on those special occasions, club events or simply as a stylish alternative to a wristwatch. When not being worn it can be mounted in a watch stand and enjoyed as a small timepiece for a study or dressing table. The movement is beautifully made and is a feast for the eyes in itself, with exquisitely engine-turned plates and the use of oversized deep ruby coloured watch jewels. Itís a joy to wind and wear. The watch is running very well, keeping good time and has been cleaned and fully serviced and comes with one full year guarantee
